1. Custom & Personalised Items

Because each piece is crafted specifically to your requirements (name, date, photo, colour, size), personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to a change of mind. We encourage you to confirm all details carefully before we begin production โ€” our team will always send you a preview or confirmation over WhatsApp before making the final piece.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right โ€” at no cost to you. Here is what to do:

  1. 1Take clear photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt.
  2. 2Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. 3We will review and offer a full replacement or refund โ€” your choice.
  4. 4Return shipping (if required) will be arranged and paid by us.

3. Standard (Non-Personalised) Products

For non-personalised, ready-made items (such as standard crochet flowers or marble accessories), we accept return requests only if the product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Natural Variations in Handmade Products

As all our products are individually handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are inherent to the nature of handmade artisanship โ€” not a defect. These variations make each piece unique. Returns are not accepted on the basis of such natural variations.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided production has not yet begun. For custom orders where production has already started, the 50% advance is non-refundable. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
